Refund Eligibility:

  • Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel anytime, retaining access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not refund unused portions of a subscription.

  • Technical Issues: We'll promptly address any technical issues preventing you from using our service. If the issue persists unreasonably, you may receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

  • Accidental Purchases: Contact us immediately if you believe you made an accidental purchase. We'll investigate and issue a full refund if confirmed.

We'll process your request within 8 business days and issue the refund via Stripe to your original payment method.

Refund Exceptions:

  • Issues caused by user error or misuse.
